We're looking for an experienced N8n Workflow Automation Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining automation workflows that connect our internal tools, APIs, and AI agents.

We're now building the next generation of LMS technology--an AI-adaptive learning platform that dynamically serves lessons based on each learner's needs, similar to what Alpha School and other adaptive models have pioneered.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize complex N8n workflows for data automation, marketing, and backend operations.
- Create and manage webhooks to connect various applications and services.
- Develop AI agent-based automations using tools like OpenAI, or ChatGPT API
Troubleshoot and debug existing N8n flows to ensure high reliability and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven hands-on experience with N8n
- Strong understanding of API integrations, JSON, and webhooks.
- Experience working with automation tools (Make.com, Zapier, or similar) is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI Agent creation and OpenAI/LLM API integrations.
- Basic understanding of database operations - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
