JD: Director - Quality & Technical Services
Role & Responsibilities :
- Managing overall Quality operations and improvement.
- Integrating quality approaches for MFB, FFO, Footwear and Accessories.
- Ensuring standardization amongst brands, reduced returns and continuously improving Consumer experience with regards to quality of our products.
- Ensure differential but appropriate quality processes for various models of procurement - Outright, vendor flex and Marketplace
- Vendor On boarding, Compliance and vendor excellence
- Product integrity through appropriate monitoring of test results
- Responsible for ensuring correct fits blocks and monitoring vendors on that aspect.
- Digitization of these processes and reduces complexity & time on the above.
- Drawing out Quality strategy and effective communication with vendors on the same.
- Would be involved in leading along with team
Qualification & Experience :
- 12-15 years of proven work experience in Quality Assurance
- Familiarity with processes, vendor management and relevant category.
- Able to handle the e-com style option scale and growth pace.
- Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement.
- Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data.
