As the COO Cum Co-Founder of MedilyPrime, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company\'s day-to-day operations and driving our mission to provide 15-minute medicine delivery services. This is a leadership position, and you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

- Oversee and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure seamless and efficient delivery services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows.

Team Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing team that is aligned with the company\'s vision.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Fundraising Support:

- Play a crucial role in fundraising activities by providing insights and data related to operations.

- Collaborate with the executive team to present a compelling case to potential investors.

Cost Management:

- Implement cost-effective measures to ensure efficient resource utilization.

- Strategize and execute plans to manage costs effectively.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or quick commerce industry.

- Strong operational and team management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt to evolving challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Note:

Given our current phase of fundraising, we want to be transparent about our financial situation. For the next six months, we may not be able to offer hefty salaries.
