Responsibilities:
- Own and build a sustainable, scalable, repeatable performance marketing engine that will help with user acquisition and grow Murf\'s business.
- Experiment with new channels for product-channel fit and build new ways to reach customers at scale, establishing long-term performance marketing channels for the business.
- Understand and improve Murf\'s funnel and unlock additional opportunities to scale.
- Build reports & dashboards, and dig into metrics, distill insights, and tell compelling stories through data.
- Build a culture of hypothesis building, rapid experimentation, and execution of Ad campaigns.
- Partner closely with Design and Product to scale our growth efforts and optimise our self-service funnel.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance and continue building best-in-class marketing data and technology capabilities.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of performance marketing experience, with a track record of managing large budgets and multiple channels (paid search, other Google ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin ads, etc.).
- Experience in Paid Search (SEM) is a must-proven ability to drive efficient revenue growth at scale with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn ads.
- Analytical, technical, and data understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing efficiency, and ROI.
- Understanding of digital marketing landscape, tools, systems, and tactics across the marketing channel spectrum.
- Understanding SaaS business models and funnels, particularly those with self-serve engines, is a plus.
- A strong bias to action and a sense of curiosity. As a fast-growing company, everyone\'s scope is big, and we\'re always doing something new.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and dig into the details to solve complex problems.
