Qualifications- Must hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising Arts and Design, or any closely related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the same field Must have an accessible online portfolio and demo reel (if available) In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects Must be skilled in Motion Graphic Animation Knowledge in conducting photo and video shoots is highly preferred Proficient in using Mac and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must be able to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines, and must have excellent organizational skills Should be able to craft and execute a concept with creativity and style, and be abreast of the current design trends A self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working with a team Must have the ability to communicate well with others while maintaining respect and a professional demeanor Candidate must have the desire to learn and even share knowledge with the team to continuously cultivate learning within the Creatives team Responsibilities- Develop applicable graphic and animated materials according to the details specified by the stakeholders and complete these projects according to the given deadline Design clear and engaging visual communication materials for both print and digital platforms. These include digital ads, emailers, posters, flyers, pull-up banners and other marketing materials as required. Observe the VXI Branding Guidelines for all graphic and animated outputs Closely liaise with the stakeholders to get relevant information about the artwork requests Work closely with the Creatives team to translate messaging concepts to an engaging and effective marketing material
