The Sales Manager will be responsible for Studio and Multimedia Services Sales , for our Multimedia Vertical under the Brand Alpha Hat Global Studios with services like video creation, subtitling, dubbing etc . The ideal candidate should demonstrate a keen understanding of the Multimedia and Production Studio services, market opportunities, and audience for the assigned services. Responsibilities will include managing and growing potential accounts, building strategic partnerships and working closely with customers and prospects to sell standard and custom services. Function: Sales Location : Mumbai
Position Title: Sales Manager- Multimedia and Studio Services
Reporting To: SVP Sales I) Position Summary
Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:

  • Learn and expand your understanding of Alpha Hat Global Studio\xe2\x80\x99s Service offerings
  • Articulate Alpha Hat Global Studios overall business objectives and value proposition to customers
  • Source, develop, close and manage a pipeline of new client prospects
  • Manage and maintain current customer accounts
  • Manage time effectively to prospect, follow up with and grow existing accounts, and manage administrative responsibilities
  • Develop and implement custom marketing opportunities, based on customer need, to increase customer satisfaction and multimedia spend
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on details and the needs of the client
  • Weekly sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Coordinate with creative, production and management staff on service portfolio and marketing initiatives
  • Occasional travel required to attend trade shows, conferences, customer events and client meetings
  • All other duties as assigned by manager
II) Person Specification:
a) Essential
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree preferably MBA
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in a Studio , Media Production House
  • MS Office required
  • CRM experience required
  • Deep knowledge of multimedia and studio services
  • Ability to make 50 plus quality prospecting phone calls/LinkedIn connects/emails per day
  • Self-motivated and persuasive with the ability to overcome objections and drive new business
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work effectively and creatively within a team environment as well as independently
c) Work Experience 5 plus years of experience as a Sales Manager in Multimedia and Studio Services sale with a Media/ Production House d. Compensation
Attractive Compensation Structure This position pays a Fixed salary plus monthly commission. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9500,000.00 - 9850,000.00 per year Day range:
  • Monday to Friday
