Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Multi-Skill Technician

to perform a variety of skilled maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to optimal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in production or facility equipment and systems. Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics. Install, repair, and maintain machinery and equipment. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies. Log and report maintenance activities, issues, and resolutions. Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests. Assist in facility upgrades, modifications, and improvement projects. Work with contractors and vendors when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred). Proven experience as a maintenance technician or multi-skill tradesperson. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with PLC systems is a plus. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, or weekends as required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in standing, bending, and crouching positions for extended periods. Comfortable working in a variety of environments (indoor, outdoor, hot, cold).

Preferred Certifications (Not Required):

Electrical License HVAC Certification OSHA or safety training certifications Forklift or equipment operation licenses

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
