  • Engage in active ongoing research and maintain a high level of knowledge in eLearning best practices
  • Add new features and functionality to online training by learning and utilizing new technology and software applications that enhance the learning output
  • Develop and produce content that meets the needs of the various teams
  • Coordinate special projects and perform additional duties, as needed
  • Routinely measure and report on key metrics to demonstrate successful implementation of learning programs
  • When required, deliver virtual training to new hires/ existing employees on products, new policies and procedure awareness, operational processes, High-Risk Training, and system related trainings.

Stakeholder Management and Leadership
  • Work with Operations/Client Service teams to identify learning needs.
  • Engages with Learning Delivery team to provide train-the-trainer sessions once curriculum has been developed.

Risk and Control Objective

Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-Wide Risk Management Framework and internal company Policies and Policy Standards.

Person Specification
  • Demonstrated experience and application of adult learning theory (using the ADDIE model) and instructional design principles with a strong focus on eLearning
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines with limited supervision; proven ability to manage multiple complex projects/priorities within demanding timetables
  • Experience designing and developing creative and innovative on-demand, interactive e-learning programs
  • Business background from financial services strongly preferred with up to six years participating in medium to high training initiatives.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Training and Development or a related field
  • Or Equivalent experience in related field with experience in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Training and Development or a related field
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to create a learning needs analysis and definition documents to drive and define Learning design projects
  • Experience designing and developing Learning curriculum
  • Demonstrated experience with e-learning authoring software (Articulate) including development of storyboards, scripting, recording/editing, publishing of SCORM, and evaluation.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet aggressive timeframes in a well-controlled manner
  • Experience using a Learning Management System to complete tasks such as uploading course content, working with uploaded content, and using reporting tools
  • Experience with video development for use in eLearning (Camtasia preferred)
  • High degree of computer literacy with strong working knowledge of Office 365
  • Experience with measuring effectiveness of learning programs
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in written and spoken English

Completes learning plans for new courses successfully without assistance. Collaborates as a subject-matter expert with instructional designers on large or complex course development projects. Develops custom training content based on project needs. Keeps informed and takes a lead role in communicating to peers about product development activities that require revisions, corrections, or changes in course materials; may make revisions in source documents using standards and templates as needed. Typically requires five to ten years of experience in banking and adult education, as well as extensive knowledge of FIS products.
