However, over the last decade, it has evolved to become the largest engineering hub. The India Operations Centre is a key aspect of the Power Grids business Power Up transformation program. The INOPC team at Chennai supports Hitachi Energy\'s units in more than 40 countries across a wide portfolio of all the four business units in Power Grid business. To date, the team has executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries. As a Multi Media Content Editor you will be responsible for Content design for online training courses as per job description. Your responsibilities Turning information into engaging and interactive online content with a user-friendly interface. Designing modern learning experience. Developing and editing digital media content for online learning. Supporting the further development of the e-learning platform. Interface with training department to understand the requirement and translate them into training content. To propose innovative solutions to create maximum impact to the learners. Your background Bachelor\'s degree in either education/media design/software management. Should have 5 + years of experience. Working knowledge of Learning Management Software\'s (LMS) like Moodle, etc. Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, iSpring, etc. Working knowledge of andrological/pedagogical learning theory and instructional design. Working knowledge of the latest digital learning trends. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
