The Opportunity: We are seeking a Video Editor with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail to oversee the editing and production of our video content. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our videos are not only of the highest quality but also resonate with our diverse and global audience. Your Key Responsibilities: Review and refine video content, providing detailed feedback and creative direction to ensure quality and consistency. Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely updates and adaptations to content as needed. Implement and maintain editorial governance to ensure all content is up to standard before publication. Skills and Attributes for Success: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to edit video content that is engaging and appropriate for children. Proficiency in video editing software and a good understanding of the post-production process. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality. Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have: Excellent command of English, with the ability to tailor messages for a global audience. A solid understanding of digital media and children\'s content best practices. Familiarity with content management systems and the ability to adapt to new digital tools quickly. Ideally, You\xe2\x80\x99ll Also Have: A creative eye for visual storytelling and basic knowledge of animation and design software. Experience in creating content for a young audience and a strong understanding of what is both entertaining and educational for children. Technologies and Tools: Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Resolve, or similar. Basic knowledge of animation software and graphic design tools like Adobe After Effects and Photoshop. What We Look For: A Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Film, Communication, Media Studies, or a related fields. A minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in producing content.
