Job Requirements
As an active member of our team, you can expect your day-to-day responsibilities to include:

• Support services, tools, modules, and applications to improve the quality of life for software development engineers and operations engineers
• Work across different tools and programs such as DevSecOps, source code management, project/defect tracking, code security/signing, collaboration tools supporting developers across NetApp
• Understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle and system security best practices
• Promote AGILE best practices by collaborating with developers/managers during various phases of development
• Implement tooling and integrations that improve security posture of platform and our customers/teams
• Managing stake holders and external interfaces
• Incident management and root cause analysis
• Collaborate across time zones (San Jose, RTP, Bengaluru), teams, and business functions as needed for team projects

Qualifications
You will need to have hands-on experience, or certifications, in the following:

• Experience working on both Windows and Linux based infrastructure
• Experience with containerization technologies. Understanding of micro-services architecture.
• Experience in observability and deployment of Apps in Kubernetes infra. (Good to have Kubernetes certification).
• Good experience in automation using Python (MVC like Flask, Python rest APIs)
• Understanding of Compliance process and Third-Party license validation.
• Understanding of Code signing and certificate management.
• Project tracking/collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence.
• Helm, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Log ingest and dashboarding tools like Splunk
• Working knowledge of Databases (CouchDB/Postgres/Mongo)
• The ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment. Participate in technical discussions within the team and with other groups across Business Units associated with evaluating and executing design and development plans for products.
• Exceptional aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.

Education
A minimum of 2+ years of experience is required. 2 to 7 years of experience is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, a master's degree, or a PhD; or equivalent experience is required
