Position Title: MSOC Engineer - IT & Network Security Engineer 24*7
Location: Remote
Shift timing: 12- 9 PM IST
Experience: 5+ years
Np: Immediate to 15 days
IT & Network Security Engineer 24x7 (m/f/*) :
Responsibilities:
xc2xb7Operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT systems in the areas of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Exchange (On-Prem C Cloud), Storage, and Network Security
xc2xb7Support of network and security solutions (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint, Barracuda)
xc2xb7Independent handling of service requests, incidents, and changes in accordance with internal processes
xc2xb7Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
xc2xb7Close collaboration with colleagues and cross-functional teams
xc2xb7Participation in 24x7 shift operations to ensure system availability
Your Profile:
xc2xb7Completed IT education (e.g., technical college, apprenticeship, university of applied sciences) or equivalent professional experience
xc2xb7Solid knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory
xc2xb7Experience with VMware environments (vSphere, vCenter, etc.)
xc2xb7Experience with network components and protocols (RoutingCSwitching, VPN, firewall configuration)
xc2xb7Structured and self-reliant working style
xc2xb7Willingness to work in 24x7 shift operations
xc2xb7Team player with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary environment
Additional Qualifications (preferred):
xc2xb7Experience with PowerShell scripting
xc2xb7Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (e.g., IaaS, AD Connect, mail routing)
xc2xb7Experience with Microsoft Exchange in hybrid environments (On-Prem / M365)
xc2xb7Basic knowledge of Linux (for monitoring and simple troubleshooting)
xc2xb7Experience with NetApp storage systems
Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, or equivalent
