In addition to the necessary skills and experience to perform the responsibilities outlined below, there are a number of traits that a successful candidate will possess. Extensive experience working in core SCM business processes such as Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Transportation management, Cost Management, Production Management along with Project Accounting knowledge. Experience working on at least 2 end-to-end implementation projects to AX third party solution. AX certifications in Distribution, Trade Logistics preferred must have reputation and references with previous clients, contacts, and/or partners. Required to demonstrate credibility with the client and quickly understand how our products will add value to client s business. Experience designing and coordinating multi-site or multi-country implementations. Proven consulting experience. Understanding and assimilating information from various sources. Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements. Prototype and configure processes in Dynamics AX or 365 to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to. Run workshops with your clients, Consultants and client leaders to analyse and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping. Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions. Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements. Documents settings and prepare your clients to use the system. Support testing the proposed system and train users. Experience Over 3 years of relevant Microsoft Dynamics AX/D 365 experience. Candidates must have at least 2 end-to-end project implementation experience. Production Management Expertise will preferable. SCM/ Logistics/ Purchase Background with good domain understanding preferred. Required to demonstrate credibility with the client and quickly understand how our products will add value to client s business. Education Bachelors degree in any IT-related domain At least 3 years of total experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/ MS Dynamics D365
