Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project objectives and requirements. Conceptualize and develop innovative motion graphic designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience. Create visually stunning animations, transitions, and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Ensure motion graphics are optimized for various platforms and devices, including web, mobile, and social media. Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our motion graphic content. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs. Collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, copywriters, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain organized project files and documentation for future reference. Requirements: Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Solid understanding of motion graphics principles, animation techniques, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members. Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred. Experience with 3D animation and modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. Knowledge of video editing techniques and software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro) is an advantage.
