Motion Graphic DesignerLooking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer who brainstorms and creates high quality video content that reflects branding priorities.Full :

• Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.)

• Collaborate with creative directors and other colleagues to best support larger media goals

• Working with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design

• Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.

• Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.

• Assist in designing and creating storyboards.

• Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.

• Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics

• Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques

• Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions

• Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries

• Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.

• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files.

Motion Graphic Designer Requirements: Graduation degree/ Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or related field. A minimum 2-3 years experience as a Motion Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects.

• Expert level knowledge of Adobe suite and common motion graphic design software

• A never ending desire to learn new techniques and technology your craft

• Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create solutions.
