Motion Graphic Designer Job Location: Ahmedabad & Delhi We are a leading audio-visual content production house known for creating captivating and engaging visual experiences across various platforms. We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team and bring our projects to life with stunning animations and visuals. : Position Summary: As a Motion Graphic Designer, the candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our audiovisual content through the creation of dynamic motion graphics, animations, and visual effects. His/her work will help elevate the storytelling and visual appeal of our projects, ranging from advertisements and promotional videos to documentaries and short films. Key Responsibilities: 1. Motion Graphic Design:

• Conceptualize and design compelling motion graphics and animations that align with project objectives and creative direction.

• Create visually stunning title sequences, transitions, and visual effects to enhance

storytelling and engage the audience.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and iterate on motion graphic concepts.

2. Story boarding and Visualization:

• Work with creative directors and producers to translate ideas and concepts into

visual storyboards and animatics.

• Provide input on the visual direction and style of projects to ensure consistency and

creativity. 3. Technical Expertise:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and

animation.

• Use Generative AI effectively to increase the efficiency of the process of ideation and

execution of projects.

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the compatibility and optimization of

motion graphics for various platforms and resolutions. 4. Quality Assurance:

• Review and fine-tune motion graphics and animations to ensure they meet the

highest quality standards.

• Conduct rigorous testing to identify and resolve any technical or design issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree Fine Arts - Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.

(Exceptions can be made if the candidate has an exceptionally good portfolio)

• Proven experience in motion graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your

work.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro,

and other relevant tools.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and design aesthetics.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a creative team.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take creative direction.

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines.
