As a part of our founding team, we\'re seeking a multi-talented Motion Graphic Designer and Creative Director who thrives in a dynamic startup culture and is eager to shape the visual and auditory identity of our games. Responsibilities: Motion Graphic Design: Create visually stunning and engaging motion graphics for in-game elements, UI/UX, trailers, and promotional materials. Creative Direction: Ensure high-quality visual storytelling across all aspects of the gaming experience including In-game experience and UA ads. Sound Design: Develop and implement captivating soundscapes, effects, and music that enhance gameplay and immerse players in the game world. Animation: Utilize your animation skills to breathe life into characters, environments, and effects, contributing to the fluidity and dynamism of our games. Requirements: Versatility: Proficiency in motion graphics, animation, sound design, and creative direction, showcasing a diverse skill set in the gaming industry. Innovative Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas, pushing the boundaries of design and storytelling in gaming. Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with game designers, artists, and developers to ensure a cohesive and compelling gaming experience. Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and agility in responding to evolving project needs. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and sound design. Game-related projects are a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), and familiarity with sound editing software (e.g., Pro Tools, Audacity). Prior experience in the gaming industry or a strong passion for gaming and interactive media. Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas.
