Job Description

We are looking for an analytical and missionary product folks to join the Product team.

You will own and drive product charters across our select platform services around e-commerce, consult, logistics and customer support. You'll work on creating an entirely new suite of products from scratch for both mobile and web - products which will be seen and interacted with, at scale. Split across demand, supply and fulfilment. We're looking for someone who can work with ambiguity and bring clarity and structure to vague problem statements. The person should have good product sense, is immensely crazy for customer experience and is highly structured & data driven in approach.

What will you be building?

- Build and drive product charter for multiple products and platforms

- Create and drive high quality product requirement documents along with the adequate wireframes, process flows and metrics to monitor

- Build and test different design hypotheses and drive product roadmap through design

- Facilitate product vision by researching, prototyping and user-testing

- Track, analyse and action on key indicators across user journeys

- Manage an agile tag team of PMs, Designers and Product Analysts

You are a good fit if -

- 3 + years of product management experience preferably designing complex solutions/B2C applications

- Expertise in wireframing, product requirement documentation, funnel optimisation, stakeholder management and feature versioning

- Understanding of core metrics and analytics frameworks

- Prior work experience of leading / mentoring product and design teams

- Can work with ambiguity and think of product iterations in terms of incremental versions

- Have a knack for testing hypotheses, planning sprints, managing developer tasks

- Can drive the right amount of automation and process improvements across different functions
