Associate Product Manager

What you'll be doing :

- Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of industry, market opportunities & customers experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Comfortable in close collaboration with Design, QA and Engineering teams to deliver timely functional solutions.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, wireframes and prototypes.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

- Perform quality assurance controls on products.

- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders, interview end-users, collate the feedbacks & analyze it to shape requirements, features and end products.

- Wear many hats in the early days as we ramp up the team and specialize later.

- Familiarity with agile product practices and tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Figma,Amplitude, GitHub).

- Track and contribute to continuous product improvement such as user experience and security.

- Provide insights of Web3 consumer habits and create user growth plans.

What we're looking for in a teammate :

- 0.5 to 2 years of experience

- A detail and product oriented mindset that constantly thinks about the ultimate customer.

- Good technical skills and experience with wireframing & analytics platforms and using guesstimates as well as customer data to make informed product decisions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to write thorough feature requirement documents and work with stakeholders and upper management.

- Familiarity with market research, consumers' behavior, product design and marketing techniques.

- Bonus : Knowledge of Web 3.0 industry - Blockchain, Crypto, NFT or Metaverse and FinTech industry - lending, digital wallets.

- Previous work experience of working with creators is a plus.
