About MoneyyApp :

About the Founders :

We are 2X founders with proven track record, multi-million dollars successful exits and alumni of IITs, Paytm, Yahoo, Ibibo group, U2opia Mobile with growth consulting experience in Unicorns such as Groww, MPL, Khatabook, MyBillBook, PayTM First Games and Creator Community experience with Sharechat, Likee App, Pratilipi, Clip India,

MyMandir, Koo App and various others.

What are we looking for in a teammate?

- 1.5 to 3 years of experience working in product, product design, growth, tech project management, engineering & marketing teams in B2C/B2B organizations

- 1 year professional (not college) experience in managing people

- Able to apply first principles approach to any problem statement and stay centric to user needs & experience whilst ideating alternative solutions

- Intelligent & Scientific in order to develop data driven insights based on industry dynamics & product metrics

- Detail oriented as well as structured in documentations

- Good technical skills and experience with wireframing & analytics platforms and using guesstimates as well as user data to make informed product decisions.

- Familiarity with market research, user behavior, product design and social media marketing campaigns

- Previous work experience of working with creators or in FinTech is a plus

What you'll be doing?

- Responsible for managing the process of transforming initial ideas into a functional, sustainable business along with the product team

- Identifying user pain points through user interactions and translating it into scientific problem statements

- Ideating and prioritizing what needs to be developed and designing those products & features with developers

- Building relationships with internal & external stakeholders with scientific, structured & complete documentations coupled with proactive communication

- Coming up with online & offline initiatives and sourcing campaigns

- Create product roadmap & growth models

- Optimize product analytics with data driven strategies

Remuneration : 10-12 LPA + ESOPs worth 4 Lacs
