Understand customer needs and recommend suitable modular furniture solutions
Conduct product presentations and showroom walkthroughs for clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Customer Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and contractors
Handle customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Provide accurate quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Design Coordination
Coordinate with design and technical teams for layouts, drawings, and customization
Assist customers in space planning, material selection, finishes, and configurations
Ensure designs meet customer expectations, budgets, and timelines
Order Management
Manage the complete order cycle from booking to installation
Ensure accurate documentation, measurements, and approvals
Coordinate with production, logistics, and installation teams
Track order status and update customers on delivery schedules
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on modular furniture trends, materials, and competitor offerings
Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer preferences
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer requirements
Reporting & Administration
Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and client databases
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines
After-Sales Support
Handle post-installation queries, complaints, and service coordination
Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain long-term customer relatio
