Job Description

Carry out market data analysis and checks to verify accuracy of the data set underpinning our analytics, our platform, PFaroe™ DB, as well as other growing functions. 
Perform daily, monthly and quarterly tasks, which include performing quality control on market data collected. 
Participate in ad hoc projects to optimize processes and/or improve the quality of the data set 
Contribute to continuous improvement by generating ideas to improve our data products and/or associated processes. 
Support the London Team with ad hoc requests and projects 

2-5 years’ experience in market data analysis, performance analysis, valuations, quality control and/or market data if highly preferred. 
Candidate from finance domain/having good finance knowledge. 
Candidate pursuing or cleared CFA level 1 preferred. 
Knowledge of bond valuations and how the asset class contributes to an overall portfolio. 
Derivatives knowledge a plus. 
Strong attention to detail and high degree of demonstrated decision-making and problem-solving skills. 
Experience of market data platforms such as Thomson Reuters/Eikon preferred. 
Strong skills in Excel and experience of VBA/SQL is preferred. 
Pragmatic approach to problem solving. 
Ability to work to demanding timescales while maintaining high standards. 
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with teams from different backgrounds and at all levels.
