Candidate must have hands on experience in Autodesk Inventor . A modelling and drafting engineer plays a crucial role in the design and development of various products. Their primary responsibility is to create 3D models, BOM and detailed technical drawings with proper tolerance, using Inventor software. Core Competencies: - Proficiency in Inventor software and related tools design softwares. Strong technical drawing (GD&T) skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with 3D modeling techniques and visualization software. Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Basic audit of models and drawings e.g. interferences. Time management and organizational skills. : - Role and Responsibilities: Design: Translate conceptual ideas into 3D models and technical drawings. 3D Modeling: Utilize Inventor software to develop 3D models of products, buildings, or mechanical systems. Generate realistic renderings and simulations to visualize designs and identify potential issues. Drafting and Documentation: Use Inventor software to create accurate and detailed 2D drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, project managers, and technicians, to ensure accurate and timely completion of design projects. Communicate effectively to address related queries and issues. Documentation Management: Maintain a well-organized file management system for drawings, models, and project-related documents. Ensure version control and proper documentation of revisions. Knowledge of Industry Standards: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and relevant codes and standards. Apply appropriate design methodologies and guidelines to ensure compliance. Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance drafting and modeling processes, such as implementing automation, adopting new software tools, or improving workflows. Qualification: A Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in engineering, such as mechanical or electrical engineering, is usually required.
