The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Roles & Responsibilities: A Drafting and Modeling engineer from instrument will have the opportunity to introduce new technology to enhance company profitability and productivity. He/ She should be expert and responsible for designing of all/ some of the following who should be able to Name Plates and hook-up specifications for Electrical equipments and Instruments. Designing and tagging the Electrical and Instrumentation arrangements through the application of international standards ( e.g ATEX, CSA, NEC/NEMA, IEC, etc ). Prepare and review 3D-Model using 3D software for instrumentation loop arrangement based on installation condition. Electrical package outline drawings. Prepare the draft of SMART instrumentation configuration against susceptibility electric and electromagnetic noise. Draft the Optimized Electrical installation to standardize solution in collaboration with manufacturing department. Creation, update & Evaluation of P&IDs as per customer requirement. Preparation/ Review of list of Equipment/ Instruments/ Analyzers/ respective materials & I/O list, wiring diagram, primary and pneumatic hook-ups, ILD\'s, Cable and tray layouts based on the P&IDs and vendor documents, Panel layouts, Instrument annunciator racks, Package Electrical hook-ups, Skid instruments, Various Oil Console/ local panel/ Start-stop panel instruments . Prepare the drawing of On-site Electrical Tracing, Electrical connections, Site engineering support. Preparation of Equipment/Instruments Specification / Datasheets, Purchase Specification for all type of gauges and transmitters. Report preparation and Certification for (Must possess knowledge and work exposure on) Process Hazard Analysis/HAZOP, Hazardous area classification, Lighting protection system, Fire-fighting system and explosive atmosphere certification list preparation, etc. Draft the Control Logic and Operating procedure. Commissioning spares, 2 years operations spare parts, Calibration kit requirement listing. Competency/ Technical Skills: 3-7 years relevant experience. Ability to understand and implement design standards and configuration. Knowledge of international codes like ISA, IEEE, IEC, NEC, etc. Fluency in English, oral/ written communication, leadership, team building/problem-solving skills. Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the -other teams Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Assist with promoting best practice internally. Assist with promoting the Company to customers Document Management in TCE Technical Discussion with Customer Checklist, PDCA and knowledge management. Maintain quality & on-time delivery Fluent English written and oral communication / interpersonal skills. Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the -other teams Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Tools Skill: Must have exposure on AutoCAD 2D, PIDxP, SmartPlant Instrumentation, CONVAL10, AVEVA Instrumentation, AVEVA E3D. Desired skills: Bachelor\'s degree/Diploma in Instrument Engineering. Experience in an engineering position for Turbomachinery\'s disciplines in Oil and Gas / Petrochemical/Power sector.
