Role Summary
The Mobile Automation Architect leads the strategy, design, and implementation of automation frameworks for Android and iOS apps with integration into broader UI/API automation ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mobile automation solution design across iOS and Android.
Build scalable frameworks using Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar.
Integrate tools for device cloud testing (BrowserStack/SauceLabs).
Drive AI-assisted development via LLM APIs and GitHub Copilot.
Establish best practices for mobile CI/CD and testability.
Guide teams on instrumentation, debugging, logging, and performance.
Mentor mobile QA teams and ensure framework adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in automation; 5+ in mobile automation.
Strong in Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, etc.
Proficient in Java/Kotlin/Swift/JavaScript/Python.
Experience using LLMs or GitHub Copilot for improving automation workflows.
Experience with device farms, app deployment pipelines, and mobile SDLC.
