Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Design and create unique cocktails and drink menus.
Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and maintained.
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks promptly.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Stay updated with industry trends and innovative techniques.
Train and supervise junior bar staff.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist.
Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and beverage preferences.
Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
