Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Create innovative cocktails and recommend beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and sales. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all drinks served. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times. Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and minimize wastage. Interact with guests in a courteous and professional manner, understanding their preferences. Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to alcohol service and hotel policies. Coordinate with service staff and kitchen for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or certification in Bartending / Mixology preferred. Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and bar equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Good grooming standards and professional appearance.
