Prepare walk-in reports on a daily basis for all projects Maintain walk-in and booking data for all sites Create source-wise analysis reports for management Generate sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Prepare weekly VP/VC reports for management Maintain channel partner data for all sites Generate daily and monthly ERP reports for all sites Maintain DAR (Daily Activity Report) for all sites Prepare lead to walk-in reports for marketing Analyze sales walk-in reports Create marketing booking reports Generate source-wise analysis reports for planning marketing campaigns Sort data for SMS campaigns by pin code Analyze campaign performance and prepare performance reports Contact vendors for marketing initiatives Track competition analysis for all project sites Create competition analysis reports Act as a single point of contact for any ERP related queries Make booked customer entries in ERP Coordinate with the strategic ERP team for any changes or new development Manage pre-sales and marketing campaigns through ERP
