Job Description
Exposure to Advance excel & must have experience on SAP
Maintaining all Data & MIS Reports.
Undertake customer surveys, consultation, exit surveys and elicit feedback on service in order to improve service delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Challenge current methods of service delivery and identify, recommend and implement improvement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain MIS, network element and MDF as per standard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Random Auditing (for Broadband Connections). \xe2\x80\xa2 Rectifying the fault in RSU and DLC. \xe2\x80\xa2 CAF Flow activities on Lotus Notes within 100% SLA (Service Line Agreement). \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining daily records of activities done in RSU
