Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Executive

to manage and maintain our management information systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data collection, reporting, and analysis to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Automate reports using Excel (macros, pivot tables, VBA) or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Coordinate with departments to understand reporting needs and ensure accurate data representation. Monitor data integrity and resolve discrepancies. Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review. Support audits and ensure data compliance and confidentiality. Work with IT teams to enhance system capabilities and implement new tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis roles. Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts, macros). Knowledge of SQL and/or data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Effective communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with ERP or CRM systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Certification in data analytics or business intelligence tools is a plus.
