Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing the organization's data systems, preparing reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate, timely, and secure flow of information for decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with departments such as sales, finance, HR, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports using Excel, SQL, and BI tools. Monitor and manage data quality and integrity in databases. Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency. Analyze data to support business decision-making. Generate dashboards and performance reports for management. Coordinate with various departments to understand their data needs. Assist in database maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or IT support. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros). Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and organizational abilities. Good communication skills.
