Job Description
: We are looking for an Analyst to support and upscale operations for the company. An Analyst will analyze processes, workflows, and systems with the objective of identifying opportunities for either improvement or automation. Our ideal candidate would be comfortable working with all levels of management to gain an in-depth understanding of our strategy and services. From day one, he / she will have an impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, and a lasting influence on our growth plans. Responsibilities: - Prepare and summarize various weekly, monthly and periodic operational reports - Automate the reports and make sure they continue to produce correct data at desired frequency - Help out in preparing monthly, quarterly target plan and AOP - Analyze and interpret data to help improve processes and workflows - Evaluate key performance indicators, ensure timely delivery of essential reports Skills Required: Proficiency in advanced Excel, Google sheets, Macro - Coding, Data querying experience req - should be hands on with Python and SQL - Should be able to handle large amount of data - Good Logical thinking and analytical abilities desired Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma / Certificates in Data Science (not MUST but this ensures a basic knowledge in data querying) - 2 - 3 years of experience in fintech or start up would be a plus
