Job description Role : Analyst Location : India Who are we looking for Analyst Primary Skills: The Project Support Officer will facilitate data collection, validation and reconciliation of the vendor invoice data. Support the Managers and Administrators with the applications they use daily. These would include Access, Order Management, Pricing, E-Claim etc. Take part in conducting RCA for issues in order to arrive at a permanent solution. Work with the Development Team and Leads to create ticket related to Application issues. Application Monitoring to assess real time application performance. . Must have some knowledge of Excel and ITSM Tools . Should coordinate with the stakeholders, to proactively obtain the sales data. . Validate and reconcile the stakeholder sales data and upload the same to the share point. . Work with the concerned stakeholders to ensure that stakeholder payments are facilitated timely. . Ability to think independently and to coordinate with a team of stakeholders and their teams . Should be able to understand the issues explained by the stakeholder and help to resolve as appropriate. . Must have good communication skills to interact with a wide range of stakeholders. Required Candidate profile: . Good communication skills and an outgoing personality . Exhibit leadership skills to work with a team of vendors and their teams. . Disciplined and sincere to assigned tasks and responsibilities. . Never give up attitude towards professional challenges Minimum Educational qualifications: . G raduate or Diploma in any stream.
