Position Purpose

This position is responsible for Handling plant related MIS, Inventory Verification and control, Overhead accounting, Other direct cost (Utilities, waste etc..) accounting, BOOT new MIS and manage routine plant related Finance and accounting activities

Operational Responsibilities
  • Daily / Monthly MIS reports, Operations report, Efficiency reports,
  • Monthly physical stock verification at plant level and valuation of the same. Activities related to Inventory management Like ABC analysis FSN, BOM, MRP, Usage trend, Inventory ageing & preparation of Liquidation plan. Planning and Managing Materials and resources to reduce material cost in coordination with Purchase, PPMC and Dispatch.
  • Build, Own, Operate and transfer New MIS report for Plant management and corporate Management.
  • To oversee transactions Plant SAP related activities. End User level awareness of SAP System & interactions with various departments regarding SAP and its functioning.
  • Co-ordinate Plant Audits (Statutory and Internal), Eliminate Non Conformance through function owner and post audit corrective action plans implementation.
  • Preparing Reports for decision making regarding cost reduction / savings, Prepare action plan for cost Reduction / Savings. Forecasting expenses/cost for the period/Activities. Monitoring and Evaluating Proposed action plan for its effectiveness
  • Develop consistent costing methods which includes standard costing, budgetary control, activity based costing etc. Review SAP system for better utilization and more value added reports from the system for decision making
  • Should vigil on Resource reporting and monitor quality of various organizational resources.
Financial Responsibilities

People Responsibilities
  • Planning with Engineering, Utility Department for understanding /clarity of required equipment, efficiency and effective usage
  • Co-ordination with Production, Stores & Accounts Department for various process activities and inventory management
  • Co-ordination with Vadodara, Panoli, Jambusar & Udaipur for day to day functionality and implement cross plant initiatives.
  • Co-ordination with other service functions i.e. HSE, HR, Admin.. related to performance monitoring and implement plant initiatives.
Education Qualification

(ICWAI from Tier - I or II Only)

Work Experience

8-14 years of experience

Industry to be Hired from

Preferable chemical/ Pharma industry
