Overview of job

Mindshare is seeking a LEAD for their Content+ division with minimum 15+ years of work experience. The person would be responsible for a cluster of brands of Mindshare North & East along with leading the Branded Content & Social AOR initiatives for the existing set of brands along with new business development.

Location: Mindshare, Gurgaon

Reporting of the role:

This role reports to the Head of Content+, Mindshare India.

In three months:

\xc2\xb7 You would be leading the conversations with the client.

\xc2\xb7 Total understanding of the various agency functions along with managing the P&L for the division.

\xc2\xb7 Adapt to the client requirements & timelines given and efficiently deliver on the same.

In six months:

\xc2\xb7 You will be responsible for scaling up the business by pitching to the existing clients apart from the ongoing work.

\xc2\xb7 Establish good relations with the Client, Creative partner and internal Group M agencies and partners.

In 12 months:

\xc2\xb7 Independently work on the client requirements along with creating disruptive recommendations by leading/guiding the team.

\xc2\xb7 Learning and experience across social and mainline creative and branded content planning.

\xc2\xb7 Worked on end-to-end award-winning solutions with a large focus on international & national awards.

What your day job looks like:

\xc2\xb7 Brand Solution - Leading the team and build conversations with the clients across all content led initiatives such as sponsorships, IP creation, alliances, co-branded marketing, influencer and social media, tech led innovation and solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Strategic inputs on the overall content approach for clients and create disruptive creative solutions backed by strong consumer insights. You will work and lead along with the Content Comms Strategy Team

\xc2\xb7 Client Servicing - Interact with client for briefs, approvals, feedbacks and dispute resolution. Ability to meet strict deadlines.

\xc2\xb7 Managing work on social and listening AOR clients on a day-to-day basis for social content and mainline creative scope of work.

\xc2\xb7 Identify and create content opportunities for the brand with media platforms and properties. Lead Annual Content Plans.

\xc2\xb7 Liaising with creative partner to execute social content and mainline creative basis client brief.

\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute social media campaigns and manage the day-to-day social content posting for the brand.

\xc2\xb7 Social profile setup - creation or enhancement of Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat and other pages/profiles. Includes analysis on who best to follow and management of lists.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinate with media team and creative partner to execute creative basis the campaign MR.

\xc2\xb7 Keeping tap on relevant trending topics to suggest real time social media posts and content around the same.

\xc2\xb7 Social media monitoring - using tools to track, monitor and act on brand mentions, customer comments, hashtags and industry news.

\xc2\xb7 Influencer & digital marketing - Tap on opportunities with existing / new set of clients and pitch solutions that solve for business & brand challenges.

\xc2\xb7 Keep a tab on revenue creation and visibilities.

What you will need:

\xc2\xb7 Experience in communications strategy, branded content, sponsorships, social media, and influencer marketing.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in managing the business of content/creative (Revenue, P&L) with a rich body of award winning work to back it up with.

\xc2\xb7 Prior knowledge in influencer marketing is a must have. Shaping influencer marketing campaigns for brands and co-ordination with partners and influencers would be the key tasks.

\xc2\xb7 Domain expertise of all social media platforms from content creation to planning to page management.

\xc2\xb7 Deep knowledge and experience with multiple communication channels and their role in brand marketing

\xc2\xb7 Communication Development: Working closely with creative partner to create compelling consumer communication backed by strong insights.

\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in top advertising, media or Content firms handling brand communications, branded content for clients across categories.

\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Content creation & production process a must.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in dealing with external partner ecosystem & internal verticals a must.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for driving Innovation, Engagement across all social media platforms.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor performance of each platform; identify and implement opportunities for improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with new age tech platforms (AI, voice, web3, etc) is a huge plus.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to build huge people network/ increase the traffic or fans on social media profile pages.

\xc2\xb7 SPOC for managing relationship with Social/Content Marketing agencies.

\xc2\xb7 Experience with large scaled digital content production for programmatic, DCO, eCommerce creatives is a huge plus.

\xc2\xb7 The person should have had experience with working with a team of 10+ subordinates.
