We are currently looking for Partner - Performance marketing to join us. Performance marketing has become a pivotal role to play in HUL business and it will only grow in the coming months. In this role, your goals will be: In three months: Have a thorough understanding of the clients\' businesses (KPIs, key challenges and how they differ from other brands). Understand clients key pain points and come up with the solution to achieve business KPI using key channels like Google, Social channels. Understand the key digital tools and processes critical to the everyday running of the account. Managing the day to day output with high quality and high responsiveness to client requests Play a key role in pitching new businesses in the region on performance mandate. In six months : Built a strong, collaborative relationship with internal stake holders and clients, acting as the contact across set of clients. Establish relationship with key media owners & publishers. Improve outputs and presentation of reviews/planning sessions Suggest improvements in ways of working or processes of any clients Begin to consult with clients on their business and how Wavemaker can influence business outcomes Lead and deliver all client responses to brief with the team in a strategic way Developing and executing clients multi-channel performance marketing strategy: Plan, define and execute campaigns to achieve clients KPI Manage daily operations of Paid Search, paid display, paid social media, Linkedin, Twitter, other self-serve platforms, affiliate programs & SEO Provide hands-on optimization of ad campaigns across all marketing channels towards the clients performance KPI. In 12 months: Be a trusted team member and support allactivities related to performance marketing Be trained, and have real-life experience of running a detailed Search campaign Implemented account optimization that have made a measurable impact to our client\'s campaign performance Contribute to Annual Client Review What your day job looks like at Mindshare Fulcrum: Managing end to end campaign set-up from creating media plans and strategy, campaign execution on various platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) Weekly / Monthly Reporting and optimizing Advertiser campaigns. Anticipate and identify issues with media, campaigns and ad-creatives. Oversee the delivery of campaigns and ensure quality control. Build performance reports, using various tools and reconciling data from the third-party reports and the internal system reports. Understanding ofTagging Process(DCM,Adobe, UTMs etc) Assist the Client Services team in understanding and conveying Operational aspects of campaignexecution, performance and monitoring. Provide periodic reports and Dashboards to the stakeholders. What you\'ll bring: Self-motivated and driven. Quick learner and willing to try new strategies to improve performance. Organized, detail oriented and highly focused. Good time and work management abilities. Passionate about digital media communications as well as technology & trends. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree (Bachelor\'s degree in mass media) OR Engineer in BE/MCA/BCA OR MBA in marketing 12+ years of experience in Digital marketing. Proficiency in MS Excel.
