Overview of job
Mindshare is seeking a \xe2\x80\x9cExecutive \xe2\x80\x93 Social Listening\xe2\x80\x9d with up to 3 years of work experience who would be responsible for day-to-day activities of multiple projects. One of the responsibilities is to ensure that we not just meet deliverables but also maintain the quality of the same. In addition to this, the role also gives you exposure to a variety of categories, projects and task that will help grow your career. Reporting of the role: This role reports to the Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Social Listening (Content)

In three months:
  • Building Boolean queries as well as cleaning, extracting and analysing data
  • Total understanding of the various agency functions
  • Helping the larger team with new opportunities for driving a point through your analysis
  • You would have understood the ways in which data can be manually tagged, classified for better output
In six months:
  • Be a part of the larger discussions that happen and showcase analysis basis the requirement
  • Extract and interpret data from social listening tools including volume to define sentiment, conversation drivers, influencers, perception etc.
  • Be equipped enough to participate in the evaluation process of the best tools and technology in the market for Mindshare
In 12 months:
  • Independently work on client requirements from scratch - from decoding the brief, setting up a structure, analysing and sharing recommendations basis the analysis that matches the clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations
  • Be equipped enough to independently explore and evaluate the best tools and technology in the market for Mindshare
What your day job looks like:
  • Identify content opportunities for the brands by track brand conversations to identify alerts or opportunities for the clients
  • Interactions with the clients on a regular basis to build trust
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Create and provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for the set of clients that you are assigned
  • Participating in projects beyond retainer accounts to gain exposure and learning
What you will need:
  • Possess organizational skills in the form of written and oral communication, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem analysis.
  • High proficiency on social listening and monitoring tools, well versed with social media benchmarking tools, broad knowledge of Microsoft office (powerpoint, word and excel) and good presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach is a must
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies
  • Understanding of general business, digital and social media platforms and technology in general.
  • Clear understanding of concepts such as consumer perception, reputation management on digital, SEO, Communication on social and digital platforms, Influencer led engagement, Management of profiles on social media platforms and other dynamics on the digital ecosystem
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams across different expertise and collaborate with internal and external teams
  • Must be flexible with time and able to work in a shift system including Public holidays and Weekends if the need arises
  • Demonstrate a combination of highly quantitative analytical skills, strategic judgment, and creativity.
  • Someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and demonstrates the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high pressure, and highly competitive environment.
  • Very quick learner, resourceful, with smart problem-solving skills.
