Head Finance and Accounts / VP Finance and Accounts

- Creating forecasting models

- Assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations.

- Crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams.

- Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results

- Approve or reject budgets

- Conduct risk management

- Supervise team of Accounts and guiding them (6 - 7 member)

- Allocate resources and manage cash flows

- Conduct profit and cost analyses

- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information

- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations

- Recommend cost-reducing solutions

- Managing and Owning all Audit related activities including outcomes

- Managing overall Financial Health of Organization

- Preparing and Managing Board Meetings with thorough financial projections as per requirement

- Compliance with financial regulations

- Financial advisor to the executive team for strategic planning

Key Ask:

- Taking care of Finance Gamete over all

- Ensuring Financial Health of Organization is growing
