Responsibilities

Responsible for management of APAC DCS projects, ensuring timely execution of project tasks vendor engagement and management.
Financial management for projects - prepares project costing/budget, managing project spend/budget.
Liaise and engage with other stakeholders, broad teams, partners and vendors.
Responsible for preparing project scope, tracking of schedules and program to ensure required work is completed on time within schedule.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans.
Provide regular status report to team and stakeholders.
Provide SME advice related to DCS for projects.
Management of a team of project support and coordinator contractors.
Participate in contract negotiations.
Participate in RFI. RFP and RFQ process with Sourcing partner.
Produce project documentation and management

Requirement

Minimum 10 years of experience.
Extensive hands-on experience in Data Center Project management and delivery with technical background.
Strong knowledge in Data center and/or critical facilities infrastructure and structured cabling infrastructure and technologies.
Knowledge and familiar with technology infrastructure.
Strong knowledge and understanding in financial processes to manage project budget
