Manage and maintain statutory compliance for the organization as per labor laws.
Handle end-to-end processes related to
EPFO (Provident Fund)
and
ESIC (Employee State Insurance)
.
Ensure timely filing and submission of statutory returns and registers (EPFO, ESIC, LWF, PT, etc.).
Liaise with government departments for inspections, audits, and compliance matters.
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to statutory compliance.
Coordinate with payroll for statutory deductions and contributions.
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and ensure timely implementation in the organization.
Handle
DISH (Department of Industrial Safety & Health)
related compliance and inspections.
Support HR team in other compliance-related activities as required.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or any related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR statutory compliance.
Strong knowledge of EPFO, ESIC, LWF, PT, DISH, and other labor laws.
Familiarity with statutory portals and online filing.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external government agencies.
