Job Description

The Middle East Sales AE role focuses on driving sales growth and building strong client relationships within the specified region. This position is based in Bangalore and is suited for individuals with a passion for software solutions and a results-driven approach and who brings experience within the Middle East market.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for the Middle East region.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, presenting tailored software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective client solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while adhering to company policies.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Be a part of a well established team achieving their targets consistentlyWork directly with the leadership team. Role reports to the CRO.
A successful Middle East Sales AE should have at least 6+ years of experience.
  • A strong background in the technology industry, particularly in software sales in the Middle East / Gulf market. This is non negotiable.
  • Proven ability to understand and address client requirements effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in sales planning and execution for international markets, especially the Middle East.
  • Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
