Project Role : Microsoft Windows Desktop Management Project Role Description : Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, and create a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance. Exp - 1+ years Location - Bangalore Must have Skills : Microsoft Windows Desktop Management Good to Have Skills: Desktop Transformation Key Responsibilities : 1 - Taking ownership of customer issues reported solving their problems by providing resolution 2 - Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system/application issues 3 - Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Technical Experience: 1-Installation configuration of various applications 2-Installation configuration of Operating system with various methods like WDS, GHOST, Bootable PD, etc 3-Engineer ensure proper logging of all issues 4-Document technical issues in the knowledge database 5-Should possess the ability to learn work on changing emerging technologies Certification in new technologies like Azure, AWS will be added advantage 6-Keep track of users system issues until resolved by adhering to the SLA Professional Attributes: 1 - Good technical skills should be possessed with current skills 2 - Good communication skills both written and verbal 3 - Should be a Tech-Savviness 4 - Flexible to work in all shifts under pressure situations 5 - Good analytical skills. Educational Qualification: BE, BTech in computer technology. Should have completed 15 years of full-time education. Additional Info: Rotational shifts and weekend shifts Requirements Technical Experience : Knowledge in Windows 2008/2012/2016 server installations/upgrades/configuration/licensing and Troubleshooting Knowledge on ESXI/vCenter 65 and 67 knowledge on AWS, VDI, Horizon View, Site Recovery Manager Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, File server, Print server, DFS,Azure IAAS and AWSExpertise in L2/L3/L4 OSI layer technologies and protocols EG: Spanning tree, VLANs and trunking, port channels and link trunking,OSPF,VRRP, HSRP, BGP, IGRP Knowledge on CISCO Routing and Switching operation Professional Attributes : Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills Strong operational mindset Exceptional ability and motivation to solve problems Excellent communication and relationship building skills Educational Qualification: Graduate Additional Info : Cloud Certificate preferred Agree to work in 247 shifts
