The primary responsibility of this position is to support and grow Microsoft Security Practice globally.

• Practice business and regional & global strategic planning.
• Defining the offering of the practice in collaboration with MS and GTM
• Manage & contribute Co-Sell and On-Demand Portals.
• Develop Bussiness for Microsoft Security
• Provide Techno-commercial proposals for customer opportunities.
• Own revenue Target for the assigned region.
• Ensure seamless and smooth delivery on the accounts managed under your region.
• Azure Security and Microsoft 365 security competency development plan.
• Focus on creating a unique value proposition.
• Contribute to proposal template standardization and continuous improvement.
• Security Consulting on Microsoft Security and other best practices.
• Establish Thought Leadership.
• Adoption of industry best practices and framework for continuous security improvements for customers.
• Work with strategic ISV partners to enhance the offerings to Microsoft Security.
• Understand customer business challenges and translate them to the technical, strategic roadmap.
• Drive Security Workshops - Microsoft Sales play, Immersion workshops, ECIF workshops, Build intent workshops etc.
• Develop Industry or vertical messaging of Microsoft Security offering: Banking, Insurance, Products, Retail, Energy, Utilities, Health, and Public Sector.

• Must have a Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant Microsoft Security Practice with services offering & packaging experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects opportunity identified stage to completion.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating business and IT senior leaders and executives in the definition of business-driven IT roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to assess customer business problems, recommend improvement opportunities, and align stakeholders around remediation of gaps
• Grasp current and emerging technologies and trends, with the ability to rapidly assess and apply new and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience and strong understanding on Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure security offerings.
