What you should have?

  • Should have experience in a resource management role - size 200+
  • Should be conversant with Microsoft product portfolio – Azure Infrastructure, Azure Applications, Modern Office, Microsoft Dynamics, Data and Analytical services and AI/ML
  • Excellent communication skills, and attitude to get things done, and willingness to work in a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Willing to travel – as much required

What you will do?
  • For all key accounts, understand the customer’s business, business strategy, Account planning, and industry direction and manage a long-term, sustainable resource portfolio to help Microsoft Business grow within these accounts.
  • Non-Key Accounts – Cultivate strong relationships with delivery leadership to plan and forecast resource needs and draw a blueprint to maintain the delivery pool of resources
  • Understand sales opportunities, proactively identify ways and means to have the right resources
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the Company’s relationship with them
  • Own Resource fulfillment metrics for Microsoft unit
  • Manage a team of resource managers
  • As a thought leader effectively communicate the Microsoft business units’ goals to every level and align their performance
  • Work with Architect’s team to identify quarterly learning goals and implement them across all levels
  • Own the Microsoft competency certification goals and drive the team members to meet the goals
  • Establish continuous communication (bi-directional) with the team members
  • Prepare and implement the mentoring framework at all levels to align the team members' aspiration goals with the Microsoft unit and Yash’s goals
  • Be the champion of performance management by metrics to identify the right talent for rightful compensation and benefits
  • People retention by proactive scanning of the people's risks, working with the “high-risk” employees, and retain
  • Be on top of industry people's compensation and benefits and work with HR teams to influence course correction to our policies. Leadership and Process Excellence
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding the business needs of customers in an ever-changing business environment. Contribute to and leads strategic plans and documents
  • Partner with diverse teams of Account managers, external vendors, Talent Acquisition, and Resource fulfillment teams
  • Establish collaborative relationships and maintain close communication with the senior management team, as well as with other key internal stakeholders to identify potential opportunities and ensure alignment on current projects
  • Implement a strategic business and commercial plan that helps Yash to customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Communicate effectively with Microsoft points of contact on Yash’s Microsoft services, solutions, and unique value proposition. Work with Microsoft technical specialists to build new-age practices
  • Disrupt the mindset of employees, and internal teams by bringing innovative ideas that showcase the case value of Microsoft’s products value proposition for digitalization
