Microsoft Security Consultant: MWS

The primary responsibilities of this position will help improve employee mobility, efficiency, teamwork, and security by demonstrating your experience in Windows 10,11, MAC, Office 365, AVD, Windows 365, and ideally Microsoft’s Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS).

• Microsoft365, Windows 10/11 (incl. WVD/VDI/AVD/WIN365), Intune, SCCM/MECM, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), SharePoint, Teams.
• Session initiation protocol, video conferencing systems, network assessment, troubleshooting, load balancing, and virtualization
• Microsoft/Office 365 Security - Defender for Cloud, MIP, Endpoint DLP, AIP, Purview, MDE, ASR, Intune.
• Zero Trust, Windows Business for Helo, Passwordless, FIDO.
• Azure AD, Azure AD PIM, MDE, MDO, MDI, XDR (M365 Defender).
• MDO - Anti-Phishing, BEC Attacks protections, CEO fraud protections, Phishing campaign and simulation using native MDO.
• In-depth knowledge on MDO configuration, onboarding, troubleshooting and Investigation of attacks.
• Ability to carry out Audit and Gap assessments and provide a consulting roadmap t customers.
• Plan, Design, and Deploy Intune for Win, MAC, IOS, Android, AVD, and WIN 365.
• Plan, Design, and Deploy a Bit clocker for WIN endpoints and Servers.
• Hands-on experience in Scripting, VB script, PowerShell, and Batch script
• Up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft products
• Create SOP for Deployment, delivery, and best practices.
• Be an escalation point for the Delivery and Managed Services team.
• Ability to gain an understanding of customer processes and issues and communicate them back
• Ability to work in teams and individually when needed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with global teams on projects and offshore teams to facilitate project work
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
• A track record of delivering complex workplace solutions for client organizations that have contributed directly to, or enabled, improved customer/ employee experience, profitability, responsiveness, reputational enhancement, and top talent retention
• Ability to effectively team with peers in a large, matrixed organization, including experience with onshore, near-shore, and off-shore delivery teams
• Strong consulting / project-based background with experience in complex global programs consisting of many workstreams, including assessing and managing the associated opportunity and risk
• Good presentation skills with an ability to equally talk to an engineer as well as a CXO and still get appropriate messages across
• Knowledge of modern workplace technology platforms and services including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Windows 10/11 and Enterprise Mobility + Security), MIP, Communication and Collaboration, Electronic Software Distribution, Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform, and an appreciation of Evergreen IT, Datacentres Operations and IT Governance
• Over 3 years of relevant technology leadership experience, going deep and wide on Employee Experience, including solution sales creation, solution, and delivery management, particularly within a consultancy or systems integrator

• The ability to elevate the discussion with potential clients to understand their business challenges and aspirations and link these into a technology/solution roadmap that will meet or exceed the clients’ requirements.
• A track record of building a technology transformation or digital business transformation through a combination of new logo wins and expansion of existing engagements using indirect/ direct channels. You will ideally have developed and cultivated IT and business leadership relationships in certain technology domains and are able to articulate business value to C-level individuals.
• Developed solutions focused on three or more of the following topics: Workplace Platform Strategy, IT or Technology Platform Strategy and Transformation; IT Managed Services; Enterprise Architecture; Workplace Security; Customer and/ or Employee Experience Transformation; Organisational Change Management; Cost Reduction, Culture, and People Strategy
• Contributed to the design, assembly, pricing, and delivery of managed IT services deals
• Industry knowledge covering one or more of the following: Banking, Insurance, Products, Retail, Energy, Utilities, Health, and Public Sector
• Deliver Security Workshops of Microsoft Sales play, Immersion workshops, ECIF workshops, Build workshops etc.

• BE/B.Tech/MSc/Bsc/Diploma Polytechnic.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in Hand-on in delivering the Microsoft Modern Workplace Solutions.
• Must have 3 to 5 years of relevant IT services delivery experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects till completion.
• Self-motivated, individual contributor.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating business and IT senior leaders and executives in the definition of business-driven IT roadmaps
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to assess customer business problems, recommend improvement opportunities, and align stakeholders around remediation of gaps
• Grasp current and emerging technologies and trends, with the ability to rapidly assess and apply new and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure
