We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will: Design, deliver and support Microsoft Cloud technologies (Teams, Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, Purview) for 275,000+ colleagues across the Globe on every market where HSBC operates. Be part of a team that performs sustainable continuous improvement, identifying and removing organisational barriers affecting the team, processes and products owned Maintain an agile mind-set by adopting the practices and processes identified as being required for our new pods, leveraging agile delivery methods, associated frameworks (e.g., Lean) and Bank tools (e.g., JIRA) to do this Understand and follow the IT and CTO strategies, as well as the Product Management direction Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the team, focusing on automation, process improvement, how technology is best leveraged and technology shift opportunities Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Significant experience in large multinational companies (preferably in the Financial Industry) Experience of working as part of an Operations OR agile team is a plus Interpersonal skills - demonstrate good judgement and a good level of written communication Ability to articulate complex technical issues concisely Knowledge of basic technical components of the the Windows Environment such as Active Directory, Group Policies, as well as Microsoft Office or Office 365 products. Knowledge and experience of using agile delivery methods and tools to implement both tactical and strategic changes is desired.
