Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact for customers engaging with Azure

Marketplace applications.

Support customers in installing, configuring, and setting up

systems/applications purchased or subscribed to via Azure

Marketplace.

Provide technical guidance and best practices for deployment and

integration with existing systems.

Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical support, product

teams) to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.

Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and training

for new customers.

Document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues to

support continuous improvement.

Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by proactively identifying

and addressing potential challenges.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Collaborative approach, working well with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 per month
