Leverage existing corporate relationships to source and manage MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business.
Identify, approach, and establish relationships with new corporate clients to expand the company's MICE portfolio.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and meetings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to capitalize on market opportunities.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts to secure business deals.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement process.
Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
