Identify and generate leads for MICE business through networking, corporate visits, cold calling, and market research.
Pitch MICE services to corporates and event organizers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and agencies.
Understand client requirements and propose customized MICE solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for cost estimation, proposals, and execution.
Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on sales activities, pipelines, and closures.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in MICE sales or B2B travel/event sales.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel when required.
