Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients for MICE opportunities.
Support the team in generating leads through online research, LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
Help in maintaining and updating the client database and sales tracker.
Coordinate with internal teams to create and share basic proposals or pitch decks.
Assist in setting up client meetings and preparing meeting briefs.
Track ongoing inquiries and follow up with clients under supervision.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming MICE events.
Support in documentation, reporting, and any other day-to-day business development tasks.
Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Interest in the travel, events, or hospitality industry is a plus.
